Work Terms
Communication:
Susan works from anywhere in the world, communicating with clients via email, phone and Skype. Emails are answered within 24 hours or less. Typically, after project details are clarified and agreed upon, you won’t have to worry about spending more time on the work you’ve assigned her, than you do on your own work - that’s why you’re hiring her!
Contract
Susan requires a signed contract that defines the deliverables, project time line, payment terms and scope of work.

Fees
For small projects, Susan invoices the client at a rate of $50 per hour (or agreed up on project rate) when the work is completed and approved, and payments will be paid through Paypal. For larger projects, she requires 50% percent up front and will invoice on a monthly basis.
Susan’s fee includes all editing as long as the scope of the project does not change.
If you cancel or put the project on hold once she has begun work on it, a kill fee may be applied.
